Where are items located?

We maintain warehouse operations in California, USA, and Asia. If an item is out of stock in our US warehouse, your package will be shipped to you directly from our Asia manufacturing facility.

When will the package be shipped?

Packages typically ship within 2–5 business days of your order confirmation.

An email containing your package tracking information will be sent immediately after dispatch. If you cannot locate this email, please check your spam/junk folder, as it may occasionally be filtered by your email system. If you still cannot find it, please reach out to us.

Our standard orders are usually delivered within 4–6 weeks (delivery timelines to certain countries may take longer; if you are unsure, please contact us to verify). If your package does not arrive within the expected window, please contact our support team.

What is Standard Shipping?

Standard shipping is completely free, door-to-door. For our standard shipping tier, we utilize ocean freight combined with local UPS ground delivery. You do not need to pay any additional fees for standard shipping; it covers all orders sent to our supported destinations (excluding costs arising from failed secondary delivery attempts and return fees).

How can I track my order?

You can request a tracking update by contacting us via email or through our Contact Us page, and we will reply with your detailed package movement. Alternatively, you can check your package status directly through our Track Order Status page.

Changes to Estimated Delivery Dates

We, or our delivery partners, will notify you of any reasonable changes to the estimated delivery date if events outside of our control delay or prevent delivery from taking place at the originally estimated time. Delivery of the products is considered complete when we deliver them to the address you provided. If we cannot deliver your products within 90 days, we will:

  1. Notify you immediately;

  2. Cancel your order;

  3. Issue a full refund.

Countries/Regions Supported for Shipping

At present, we deliver standard shipments to the following countries and regions:

  • North America: United States, Canada, Mexico.

  • Europe: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

     

  • Asia: All Asian countries and regions (including Hong Kong and Taiwan).

Will I Be Charged with Customs and Taxes?

In most cases, our parcels pass through customs without import VAT being payable. However, for larger orders or under specific customs circumstances, we may need to provide additional documentation and cooperate with the buyer to clear the shipment. Please note that each destination country sets different import tax thresholds based on the declared value of the goods.

Import duties, taxes, and related customs charges are not included in the item price or standard shipping cost. These charges, if applied by your local customs authority, remain the buyer’s responsibility.

Are Express Options Available?

Yes! Express expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. Please email us with your order details and exact destination, and we will calculate a customized priority shipping quote for you.

Average Handling & Production Times

  • Estimated Handling Time: 1–3 weeks.

  • Custom/Special Items: Lighting fixtures requiring special customization may incur an additional 3–4 working days of production time.

  • Important Delivery Notes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Due to the nature of our logistics packaging, items in a single order may occasionally arrive in multiple separate packages. Some products are made-to-order; please reference individual product pages for accurate production and shipping lead times.

Excluded Countries / Regions

We do not offer standard shipping to the following countries and regions: Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, Georgia, India, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Nepal, Oman, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Yemen, American Samoa, Cook Islands, French Polynesia, Guam, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, New Caledonia, Niue, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis and Futuna, Western Samoa, San Marino, etc.

 

  • All African Countries

  • All South American Countries
