We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REASONS FOR RETURN & SHIPPING FEES
Generally, return responsibilities are categorized under two scenarios:

Consumer Responsibility (Customer Pays Return Shipping): If the return is due to personal reasons, the consumer is fully responsible for the return shipping fees. The specific cost will depend on the carrier you choose. Personal reasons include, but are not limited to:

The product does not meet personal expectations.

The size is personally deemed too small or too large for the space.

The color finish does not meet personal expectations.

Change of mind, or the product is no longer needed.

Ordering the wrong item, wrong color, or incorrect quantity.

Not thoroughly reading the product description/specifications prior to purchasing.

INSPECTION & IMMEDIATE RESOLUTION
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are committed to ensuring you love your lighting, and we will do whatever it takes to resolve issues swiftly.
100% REFUND & REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE
Customers are entitled to a full refund or free replacement under the following specific circumstances, with VASTDAWN bearing 100% of the associated costs:

The product arrives damaged due to quality defects or transit issues.

The item is returned to sender as undelivered by the carrier.

The item is not delivered within 90 days from the order confirmation date.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancelling orders is only possible within 24 hours after order confirmation. After this time window, production or shipment tracking may have already begun, and we cannot guarantee cancellation. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to assist you, so please reach out immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order.
OUR RETURNS PROCESS

Submit an Inquiry: Verify your order qualifies under our 30-day policy, then email us at info@vastdawn.com stating your order number and specific reason for return.

Review & Approval: Our team will confirm the refund eligibility and amount based on your case details.

Return Shipment Instructions: We will provide the designated return address and labeling guidelines. Please note: Customers must print out their original order confirmation email and include it inside the returning package.

Tracking Notification: Ship the item using a tracked service at your own cost and email us the return tracking number.

Processing: Once received and inspected, we will process your return within 1–7 business days.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet our standard eligibility criteria: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received it, please contact us immediately at info@vastdawn.com.
